With Texas A&M University Texarkana wanting to resell ICA’s professional home inspector courses on a dedicated website, I was engaged to replicate and simplify ICA’s offerings to make them attractive to Texas A&M’s students.

The project started with coordination between myself, the client, and our sales organization led by Denise Henderson and Matt Barlow to determine the overall requirements. Then, we needed careful coordination with Sara Glassmeyer and Kevin Van Bell for the compliance aspects, so we knew what the state regulators would require for how we sold the courses on this new site. After our approach was understood, John Axne was instrumental in creating the new server environment and replicating the e-commerce experience.

From here, I worked diligently to incorporate Texas A&M’s brand colors into an attractive design, and simplify the layout and content of the site to make it more accessible. Major back-end work was also required to integrate this new site with our HubSpot and Salesforce instances, as well as routing new leads through specific lead queues and automations.

Overall, this was a quick turnaround for a large project that needed a lot of coordination, and I’m extremely proud of our accomplishment!
